Shipping Costs & Tracking
At Lakazur, every piece begins its journey from our artisan warehouse in Guangdong, China, where craftsmanship meets careful handling.
We ship to almost every country and offer complimentary shipping on all orders above USD$100.
Shipping charges for orders at or below USD$100 are shown at checkout. We do not charge sales tax at checkout.
Each shipment is fully trackable. Once dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided via email so you may follow your piece as it makes its way to you.
Import Customs Duties Notice
Import duties, tariffs, customs charges, and applicable taxes are included in the amount paid to LAKAZUR. Customers will not be asked to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
LAKAZUR does not charge sales tax at checkout. If a local authority contacts you about an unexpected customs charge, please email shop@lakazur.com before making payment.
Processing & Preparation
Every Lakazur piece is prepared only after your order is placed.
Before it leaves our atelier, it undergoes a strict quality inspection and careful packaging process, typically taking 2 to 5 business days. This is an essential part of our practice as our commitment to providing the best quality products.
As an artisan-led house, we believe that what reaches you must be worthy of being kept.
Each detail is reviewed, each finish considered, and each piece is carefully secured to ensure it arrives as it was intended: pristine, complete, and ready to be experienced.
Address, Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to the shipping address, item selection, or order cancellation can be requested only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, its address and items cannot be changed, and the order cannot be cancelled. Please email shop@lakazur.com as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination:
- United States: 8 – 15 working days
- Canada: 10 – 20 working days
- Australia: 8 – 18 working days
- Germany & Switzerland: 10 – 18 working days
- Rest of Europe: 12 – 30 working days
- Other countries: 12 – 30 working days
- Island regions: 20 – 35 working days
- These timeframes reflect standard conditions and may vary slightly depending on local courier operations.
During peak periods such as holidays or special releases, processing and delivery may take slightly longer. Even so, every effort is made to ensure your piece reaches you within the expected window.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
